There isn't a river in Montana that Zack hasn't fished or a corner of the state that he hasn't traveled to. After a long career as a fishing guide and working as a housing inspector for the State of MT, Zack is incredibly knowledgeable in SW Montana land and water, investment opportunities, and residential and recreational properties. Growing up in a military family, Zack had the opportunity to live in multiple states and overseas in Japan. His family found roots in Fort Shaw, MT, near the Malstrom Air Force base when his family packed up their car in the winter of 1988 and drove from Arizona to Montana, where his love for the state began. He went on to graduate from the University of Montana – Western in Dillon with a BS in Business Administration and a BS in Business Education. He is also a member of the 1994 UM-Western Bulldog Football Hall of Fame team.
Zack and his wife, Terri, are both licensed real estate brokers who appreciate how extraordinary the beauty of our community is and feel blessed to be able to share it with others. We have been on both sides of the home buying and selling process and strive to create smooth transactions. We know what it feels like to search for houses, and we also know what it feels like to find "Home." We are determined to provide all our clients with a superior level of service, innovative marketing, and highly personalized buying and selling experiences, no matter the price point.
In 2019, Zack & Terri were the general contractors on their new home build in Dillon. The level of planning, organization, and work that went into the process was a huge learning curve, but the result was priceless! We not only have the knowledge and experience to guide clients through new construction projects but also know the right questions to ask when buying and selling properties to help provide clear communication throughout the entire process.
Zack and Terri are rarely without their 2 children, taking in all that SW Montana has to offer. When they aren't looking at houses and properties, you can usually find them working in their yard, out adventuring, watching sporting events, or of course, fishing.
