We have a dedicated staff that includes three transaction coordinators and several receptionists that handle calls seven days a week.

In 2007 Lambros joined ERA to strengthen our reach and expand into the global community.  ERA has 2,220 offices in 45 states and 32 countries worldwide.  In 2015 ERA became the first franchise to connect its entire network on a single technology platform called ZAP.  The ZAP platform provides sales associates with their own mobile enabled website, mobile app, and a powerful sales associate – customer relationship management (CRM).  ERA has always taken the lead in changes that will significantly impact the industry for years to come.

Our training and accountability program will help you build a successful real estate career.We offer newly licensed sales associate weekly training in our office where you will learn from a variety of top producing Sales Associates.  Once a month you will have access to a national trainer via a live webinar.  In addition throughout the year we bring national trainers to our office so that you can learn from the best.

We have a unique culture of collaboration and strong support within every level of our Company.  It is our synergy that plays a significant role in the success of our Sales Associates.  We are the “Lambros family”.  Our average sales associate tenure is 9.8 years.  One out of every two ERA Lambros listings are sold within our own Company.  We are a strong team with a positive company culture and excellent rapport among the sales associates, management, and staff.

We have always been passionate about community involvement and volunteerism throughout the years.  In 2002 the Lambros Community Foundation was established to help our communities through nonprofit organizations by providing funds for food, clothing, and shelter.  In addition to these efforts, we volunteer for numerous charities throughout Western Montana including, the Missoula Food Bank, Family Promise, MOR for Kids, Habitat for Humanity and many others. We are passionate about helping others and giving back to our communities.
